After 25 Years of Addiction, Sabbath Changed Everything

February 17, 2026

Aaron Coury's 25-year addiction to pornography almost ruined his life and marriage. In this episode, we discuss how we've become desensitized to sexuality because of the slow immersion of our society into more and more graphic content through the content from Hollywood, and now social media. We also explore the direct connection between social media and porn, via their shared reward system: dopamine spikes.

Coury reminds us that consuming porn can break many of the sexual laws in the Torah. But it was those very laws that made him seek Yah with all his heart and delivered him from the addition. Now, with the shame removed, Aaron speaks with the full power of being filled with the Spirit, and his desire is to help free his fellow man!
