Matthew Hoffmann runs Empyr Coffee, which white-labels coffee for brands such as The Chosen. Hoffmann is passionate about doing business with fellow believers, rather than amoral big box stores. It’s the idea of living out the Hebrew word: firgun. He’ll talk about an upcoming Hebrew-run app called United City that may help do just that.
